The format for the in-class debates will be a 15 minute presentation by the pros, followed by a 15 minute presentation by the cons, followed by 10 minutes of rebuttal for either side. The last 25 minutes of class will be a general discussion and question period involving the entire class. At the end of the discussion, the class will vote on the winner of the debate.
